Voyages Laurier Du Vallon Terms and Conditions
Voyages Laurier Du Vallon (referred to hereafter as "Laurier Du Vallon") is a travel agency established in Quebec that holds a valid permit issued by the Office de la protection du consommateur [Quebec consumer protection bureau](referred to hereafter as "OPC").
You can now make a secure reservation on our secure site. Laurier Du Vallon will act as an agent in your name when dealing with the suppliers offering the product(s) you have chosen.
By making a reservation on our transactional site, you have selected a product based on your expectations without previously consulting one of our travel agents. Your reservation confirms you have chosen the products(s) in question and accept the general conditions established by the wholesalers and/or suppliers for said products. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with these conditions. You must be 18 or older to use these services.
The spelling of the full name of each person in your party must be identical to the spelling of the name in his or her passport. Furthermore, you are responsible for obtaining any travel documents you may require, such as a valid passport and/or visa, letter authorizing you to travel with a child alone or vaccination log. Should you need more information prior to making a reservation, contact a member of our team (www.infoweb@laurierduvallon.com). Laurier Du Vallon cannot be held responsible should a carrier deny you access on board its craft, or you are denied admission to the country that is your final destination (or one in which you must make a connection), if you do not have the travel documents required to make a trip reserved through our company. Laurier Du Vallon will not make any reimbursement under any of the aforementioned circumstances, and the conditions of the wholesalers and/or suppliers will apply.
